摘  要:道路交通集疏运是实现枢纽集疏散和对外辐射的重要途径,对于提高枢纽集散效率及集疏运服务水平具有重大意义,重要的既有规划道路集疏运立交节点应结合新规划布局的铁路枢纽集疏运高效便捷的需求进行功能适应性优化。以广州东部枢纽重点集疏运立交项目研究为例,综合考虑枢纽周边区域内的路网布局、交通设施及远期规划等主要交通影响因素,以重要转换节点主流向互通、枢纽各向客流快速集散、节点功能指向清晰为优化原则,对立交节点的关键问题进行剖析,从宏观和微观两个层面系统性地阐述了立交优化的措施,并通过VISSIM仿真量化数据验证了方案的有效性,对大型铁路枢纽集疏运立交节点改造优化提供了有效思路。Road transportation is an important way to realize hub distribution and external radiation,and it is of great significance to improve the hub distribution efficiency and transportation service level,important existing roads and flyover nodes on trunk roads should be optimized functionally considering the collecting and distributing needs of a newly planned railway hub,together with the regional road network,transport facilities,long-term planning,and other influencing factors to make the hub more convenient and efficient.Taking the project The Key Collecting and Dispatching Flyover of Guangzhou Eastern Hub as an example,this paper analyzes the impact of the trafic environment around the hub comprehensively,takes the mainstream intercommunication of important conversion nodes,rapid distribution of passenger flows,and clear functional pointing as the optimization principles,dissects the key issues of the flyover node globally,expounds the optimization measures of the flyover from both macro and micro levels systematically, and verifies theeffectiveness of the scheme through VISSIM simulation. This research is of certain referential significance forthe optimization of the flyover nodes of other large railway hubs.
