摘 要:为探究初级副驾驶的心理胜任力,通过文献分析和行为访谈初步收集相关胜任力要素,根据要素编制心理胜任力初测问卷,面向初级副驾驶和飞行教员进行调研。通过项目分析,探索性因子分析筛选胜任力要素,构建了初级副驾驶心理胜任力的两个维度,在初测问卷的基础上修订得到正式问卷,对所得数据进行验证性因子分析,并检验问卷的克隆巴赫α系数、折半信度、内容效度、结构效度与收敛效度。结果表明:初级副驾驶的心理胜任力指标包括2个维度和11个指标,可以为心理胜任力指标体系的构建提供理论参考。In order to investigate the psychological competence of junior co-pilots,relevant competency elements were collected through literature research and behavioral interviews,a preliminary psychological competency questionnaire was developed based on the elements,and survey was conducted on junior co-pilots and flight instructors.Through project analysis,Exploratory Factors Analyzing,11 elements was selected to construct two dimensions of the junior co-pilot's psychological competence.Formal questionnaire was developed by revising the preliminary questionnaire on the basis of the results.The data were analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the Cronbach's alpha coeficient,half reliability,structural validity,content validity and composite reliability were tested.The results show psychological competence index of the junior co-pilot includes 2 dimensions and 11 indicators,which can provide a theoretical reference for the construction of the psychological competence index system.
