摘 要:为了适应“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,桥梁工程大力发展全预制结构。上部结构有多年的预制经验和可供选择的方案;立柱近年来上海也有多个项目实践,较为成熟;而大体积盖梁目前没有一种普遍认可的预制方法,是桥梁全预制结构的一个难题。着重介绍了通城大道快速路桥梁工程中大体积盖梁预制的全新解决思路。从结构材料入手,改进了下部结构盖梁预制方法,补齐了全预制的短板,实现了桥梁结构的全预制,形成钢与混凝土复合结构桥墩,并从经济性、社会效益等方面进行了综合分析。In order to adapt to the development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing",the full prefabricated structure is developed in bridge engineering.The schemes with many years of prefabricating experience can be selected for the superstructure.In recent years,there are many projects of stand column in Shanghai,which are relatively mature.At present,there is no prefabrication method generally accepted for large volume of bent cap,which is a problem for the full prefabricated structure.The new solution for prefabricating the large volume of bent cap in Tongcheng Avenue Expressway Bridge Project is specially introduced.The prefabricating method of substructure bent cap is improved from the aspect of structural materials,which supplements the weakness of the full prefabrication,realizes the full prefabrication of bridge structures and forms the steel and concrete composite structure piers.And the comprehensive analysis is carried out from the economic performance,the social benefit and the others.
