摘 要:为定量评价全深式泡沫沥青冷再生技术节能降碳效果,分析了该技术的施工流程及优势,理清其在材料生产、运输、现场施工不同阶段可能的减排环节;基于LCA方法建立了全深式泡沫沥青冷再生沥青路面养护碳排放计算模型,结合天津大道养护工程案例,量化了该技术养护施工过程碳排放量,并与铣刨重铺技术进行了深入对比,结果表明相较于铣刨重铺,该技术减排量约11.62 kg/m^(2),减排率可达64.12%,降碳效果良好,具有较好的推广应用价值。In order to quantitatively evaluate the energy conservation and carbon dropping effects of full-depth foam asphalt cold-recycling technology,the construction process and advantages of this technology are analyzed.Its possible emission reduction links in different stages of material production,transportation and on-site construction are clarified.Based on the LCA method,a calculation model of carbon emissions for the maintenance of full-depth foam asphalt cold-recycling asphalt pavement is established.Combined with the maintenance project case of Tianjin Avenue,the carbon emissions during the maintenance and construction process of this technology are quantified,and compared with the milling repaving technology in depth.The results show that compared with the milling repaving technology,the emission reduction rate of this technology is about 11.62 kg/m^(2),and the emission reduction rate can be up to 64.12%.The emission reduction effect is good,and it has good promotion value.
