摘  要:随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,水环境污染的问题越来越突出,建设大型污水处理厂可以有效解决水环境污染的问题。目前各地区建设的不同工艺类型和处理规模的污水处理厂中,越来越多采用地下式污水厂的建设形式。地下污水处理厂的土建费用占比较大,不同设计方案的土建费用差异也较大,是工程投资中的重要部分,必须准确合理计算并做好投资控制。以上海某全地下污水处理厂工程为例,探讨大型地下污水处理厂的土建工程造价计算方法及费用优化措施,为今后同类型项目提供参考。With the rapid development of social economy in China,the water environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.The construction of large-scale wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)can effectively solve the problem of water environmental pollution.At present,the construction type of underground WWTP is adopted frequently in the different processes and treatment scales of WWTP constructed in the different regions.Due to the large proportion of civil engineering costs in underground WWTP and the large difference in civil engineering costs among different design schemes,it is an important part of engineering investment,which must be calculated accurately and reasonably and a good job in investment control must be done.Taking a full underground WWTP project in Shanghai as an example,the calculation method and cost optimization measures of civil engineering cost of large-scale underground WWTP are discussed,which provide the reference for similar projects in the future.
