关系资本对流动人口定居意愿的影响——基于社会交往的机制分析

摘　　要：关系资本作为一种非正式制度,在流动人口迁移和居留决策方面发挥着重要作用。文章基于流量和存量角度,采用2016年中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS),运用有序Probit模型实证研究了关系资本对流动人口定居意愿的影响。研究发现:关系资本对流动人口定居意愿有正向显著影响;进一步发现,关系资本对农业户口流动人口定居意愿的影响要大于非农户口,且关系资本对新、老生代流动人口的定居意愿均有正向影响;机制分析表明,与本地人的社会交往不仅可以直接提高流动人口的定居意愿,而且还在关系资本对其定居意愿影响中具有一定的中介效应。基于此,文章从健全流动人口正式制度,推动流动人口市民化等角度提出对策建议。Relationship capital,as an informal institution,plays an important role in the migration and residence decision-making of mobile populations.The article is based on the perspectives of flow and stock,using the 2016 China Labor Force Dynamics Sur⁃vey(CLDS)data,and using an ordered Probit model to empirically study the impact of relational capital on the settlement intention of mobile populations.Robustness tests were conducted using Probit,OLS,and other methods.Research has found that both from the perspective of flow and stock,relational capital has a significant positive impact on the willingness of mobile populations to set⁃tle down;further analysis reveals that relational capital has a greater impact on the settlement willingness of agricultural registered migrant population than non-agricultural registered migrant population,and relational capital has a positive impact on the settle⁃ment willingness of both new and old generations of migrant population;mechanism analysis shows that social interaction with local people can not only directly increase the settlement willingness of mobile populations,but also have a certain mediating effect in the influence of relational capital on their settlement willingness.Based on this,the article proposes countermeasures and sugges⁃tions from the perspectives of improving the formal system of floating population and promoting the urbanization of floating population.
