摘　　要：本文以全国统一大市场为背景,探讨了海陆统筹对加快全国统一大市场建设的贡献机制。首先,从影响港口海陆统筹能力的多重维度出发,构建了港口海陆统筹竞争力评估体系。在这一体系中,特别考虑了数字技术创新等港口城市新质生产力指标,并利用熵权法对中国沿海重要港口的海陆统筹综合实力进行了客观评价。在此基础上,本文运用哈夫模型深入探讨了港口的城市辐射范围与港口海陆统筹竞争力之间的关系。理论结果表明,具备较强海陆统筹竞争力的港口通常对城市具有更大的吸引力,从而使得这些港口的腹地范围更为广阔。此外,本文利用中国各地级市的进出口贸易数据,采用空间计量方法探究了港口海陆统筹能力对其腹地城市贸易增长的影响。研究结果清楚地揭示了港口海陆统筹能力与腹地城市贸易增长之间显著的正向关联,这也表明加强港口海陆统筹能力建设是促进全国统一大市场和区域经济协调发展的有效途径。This paper explores the contribution mechanism of land-sea integration in accelerating the construction of the unified national market.First,a competitiveness assessment system for port land-sea integration is constructed,considering multiple dimensions affecting the port's integration competitiveness.Special attention is given to new quality productive forces indicators such as digital technology innovation,and the entropy weight method is utilized to objectively evaluate the comprehensive strength of land-sea integration of China's major coastal ports.On this basis,the paper employs the Huff's model to deeply explore the relationship between a port's city radius and its land-sea integration competitiveness.The theoretical results show that ports with stronger land-sea integration competitiveness are usually more attractive to cities,thus expanding their hinterlands.Additionally,this paper uses the trade data of China's prefecture-level cities to investigate the impact of port land-sea integration competitiveness on the trade growth of their hinterland cities using spatial econometric methods.The study results clearly reveal a significant positive correlation between port land-sea integration competitiveness and the trade growth of hinterland cities.This finding suggests that strengthening port land-sea integration competitiveness is an effective way to promote the unified national market and the coordinated development of the regional economy.
