摘 要:智能制造已经成为传统制造业企业转型升级、抢占市场的的必由之路,但由于战略不清、缺乏规划等原因,致使传统制造业遭受着“想转不敢转”的困境。橡胶装备类企业属于典型的离散型制造业,流程复杂,大部分工序靠人工完成,转型复杂,故本文以橡胶装备企业为研究对象,着重研究智能化转型的基本要素,据此提出基础建设、智能研发、生产全流程数字化、智能物流仓储和远程运维服务等六方面智能化转型路径。Intelligent manufacturing has become a necessary path for traditional manufacturing enterprises to transform and upgrade,and seize the market.However,due to unclear strategies and lack of planning,traditional manufacturing industry is facing the dilemma of "wanting to turn but not daring to turn".Rubber equipment enterprises belong to the typical discrete manufacturing industry,with complex processes and most of the procedures completed manually,making transformation difficult.Therefore,this article takes rubber equipment enterprises as the research object,focusing on the basic elements of intelligent transformation;Based on above,six intelligent transformation paths are proposed,including infrastructure construction,intelligent research and development,digitalization of the entire production process,intelligent logistics warehousing,and remote operation and maintenance services.
