摘 要:为确定某难选铁矿石的更高效开发利用工艺,基于矿石性质研究开展了详细的选矿工艺试验。结果表明:①矿石中主要有用成分铁品位为47.26%,铁主要分布于赤褐铁矿中,其次分布于磁铁矿中;主要杂质SiO_(2)含量为28.69%,有害成分S、P含量很低。②矿石采用一段磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选—螺旋溜槽重选—二段磨矿—阳离子反浮选流程处理,获得了产率55.26%、铁品位65.32%、铁回收率76.86%的铁精矿,精矿品质达到了业主要求,可作为选厂技术改造的依据。In order to determine the development and utilization process of a certain refractory iron ore,detailed beneficiation process test was carried out based on the ore property study.The results showed that:①The grade of iron,the main useful component in the ore,is 47.26%,and iron is mainly distributed in hematite,followed by magnetite.The main impurity SiO_(2)content is 28.69%,the harmful elements S and P content are very low.②The ores were treated with first stage grinding,low intensity magnetic separation,strong magnetic separation,spiral chute gravity separation,second stage grinding and cationic reverse flotation.Iron concentrate with yield of 55.26%,iron grade of 65.32%and iron recovery rate of 76.86%was obtained.The quality of the concentrate meets the requirements of the owner and can be used as the basis for the technical transformation of plant selection.
