摘  要:孔雀石作为典型的氧化铜矿物,浮选过程中表面易与水形成水化层,亲水性增强,常规浮选捕收剂和浮选工艺难以对其进行较好地选择性浮选分离。设计合成出一种新型双亲矿物结构噁二唑硫酮捕收剂——5-己基二硫代氨基甲酸甲酯-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮(MHCODT),可以与孔雀石表面形成双配位活性中心,从而提高对其浮选效果。纯矿物和混合矿物浮选试验结果表明,MHCODT的浮选分离效果比辛基羟肟酸(OHA)好,可以实现孔雀石与脉石矿物石英和方解石的高效分离。吸附试验结果表明,MHCODT可以选择性吸附在孔雀石表面,实现对孔雀石的浮选富集。DFT计算进一步表明,MHCODT中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯和噁二唑硫酮基团是反应的活性中心。孔雀石表面的Cu与MHCODT中的S和N原子结合形成MHCODT-Cu配合物,实现孔雀石的疏水化和富集浮选目的。Malachite,being a typical copper oxide mineral,readily forms a hydration layer with water during the flotation process,thereby enhancing its hydrophilicity.Achieving selective flotation separation using conventional collectors and processes is challenging.A novel di-minerophilic group oxadiazole-thione collector,5-hexyldithiocarbamate-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione(MHCODT),has been synthesized and designed in this paper.MHCODT can form a dual coordination active center with the malachite surface to enhance its flotation efficiency.The experiments of pure mineral and mixed mineral flotation showed that MHCODT exhibited better flotation selectivity for malachite against gangue quartz and calcite than octyl hydroxamic acid(OHA),and achieved the efficient flotation separation of malachite from its mixture with calcite or quartz.The results of adsorption experiments showed that MHCODT can be selectively adsorbed on malachite surface to achieve flotation enrichment of malachite.The DFT calculation further revealed that the dithiocarbamate and oxadiazole-thione moieties in MHCODT served as the active centers for the reaction.The Cu species on malachite surface can coordinate with S and N atoms of MHCODT to form a hydrophobic MHCODT-Cu complex,which realizes hydrophobic malachite and enrichment flotation.
