摘  要:为探究二维MoS_(2)纳米片对NH_(3)的气敏特性,以辉钼矿纯矿物为原料、乙醇水溶液为剥离溶剂,采用液相超声剥离法制备少层二维MoS_(2)纳米片;利用XRD、UV-vis、SEM、AFM等检测手段对产物物相组成和微观结构进行表征和分析,并通过静态配气法对MoS_(2)纳米片的NH_(3)气敏特性进行研究。结果表明:①剥离制备出的MoS_(2)纳米片为4~5单层,呈无规则多边形片层状,尺寸约200 nm,厚度约5 nm,具有较大的比表面积。②MoS_(2)纳米片对NH_(3)气体具有良好的响应—恢复特性,在工作温度100℃时获得最大灵敏度,并且具有良好的响应重现性和长期稳定性。③NH_(3)气体通过与MoS_(2)纳米片表面的吸附氧发生反应从而引起空穴累积层厚度的变化,实现MoS_(2)纳米片电阻的变化,进而产生电信号并实现气敏响应。研究表明,通过液相超声剥离法制备的MoS_(2)纳米片层数较少,且分散性较好,同时对NH_(3)气体具有良好的气敏特性。In order to explore the gas sensitive characteristics of two-dimensional MoS_(2)nanosheets to NH_(3),few-layer and two-dimensional MoS_(2)nanosheets were prepared by liquid phase ultrasonic stripping method with molybdenite as raw material and ethanol aqueous solution as the stripping solvent.The phase composition and microstructure of MoS_(2)nanosheets were characterized and analyzed by XRD,UV-vis,SEM and AFM,and NH_(3)gas sensitive characteristics of MoS_(2)nanosheets were studied by static gas distribution method.The result showed that:①the irregular and lamellar MoS_(2)nanosheets were 4~5 layers in layer number,about 200 nm in size,and about 5 nm in thickness,demonstrating a large specific surface area.②It illustrated that MoS_(2)nanosheets had good response and recovery characteristics to NH_(3)and the maximum sensor response was achieved at 100℃.Meanwhile,MoS_(2)nanosheets showed excellent reproducibility and stability.③The reaction between NH_(3)gas and adsorbed oxygen on the surface of MoS_(2)nanosheets resulted in the change in thickness of hole accumulation layer,leading to a change in resistance of the obtained MoS_(2)nanosheets and realizing the gas sensing response.The results showed that the MoS_(2)nanosheets prepared by liquid phase ultrasonic stripping method have fewer layers and better dispersion,and have good gas sensing properties for NH_(3)gas.
