摘　　要：道岔表示是铁路车站联锁系统执行行车指令、转换道岔位置、锁闭区段、建立进路、开放信号的重要依据,铁路信号集中监测系统不仅与联锁系统接口,获取道岔表示,还可自采集道岔电路多个关键继电器状态、道岔动作曲线、道岔表示电压、道岔缺口等信息。为此,提出基于信号集中监测系统的道岔安全监督方案,通过综合判断道岔执行过程中各环节状态的一致性、道岔动作过程的合理性、道岔物理状态与转辙机电路的一致性等,全过程、多角度地实现道岔安全监督比对分析,以提升铁路信号系统的安全性,并可将该方案作为未来信号集中监测系统重要的功能扩充。The switch indication plays a crucial role in enabling the railway station interlocking system to execute train operation commands,adjust switch positions,block sections,establish routes,and activate signals.The railway centralized signaling monitoring system collects with the interlocking system,obtains the switch indication collected by the interlocking system and collects by itself the information such as the status of various key relays in the switch circuit,switch action curves,switch indication voltage,and switch gaps.In this case,the switch safety supervision scheme based on the centralized signaling monitoring system is proposed.By comprehensively judging the consistency of the status of each link in the switch execution process,the rationality of the switch action process,and the consistency of the physical state of the switch with the switch machine circuit,the whole process and multi-angle comparison and analysis of switch safety supervision can be achieved to improve the safety of the railway signaling system.The scheme can serve as an important functional extension for future centralized signaling monitoring systems.
