摘  要:针对现场信号设备电气特性测试工作流程繁琐,且受人工因素影响较大等问题,提出基于信号设备履历的智能化远程测试系统。从工作方式和数据管理着手,通过网络通信、大数据应用、移动互联应用等技术手段,以信号设备履历为数据基础,实现设备图纸、测试点、测试人员、测试任务、测试数据的全程实时跟踪与信息化管理。采用模拟小信号和高动态范围的处理方法,提高电气特性的精确采集能力;使用数字滤波技术,对原始采集信号进行处理,确保测试数据能被准确提取。该系统已在洛阳电务段部署试用,可大幅减轻人员工作量,降低人工因素的干扰,提高电务测试工作效率及准确率,为电务测试智能化管理提供有效的技术支持和解决方案。Addressing the issues of cumbersome workflow and significant human-factor influence in on-site electrical characteristic testing of signal equipment,an intelligent remote test system based on the record of signaling equipment is proposed.Focusing on operational modes and data management,the system leverages network communication,big data applications,and mobile internet technologies and employs the record of signaling equipment as the data foundation to realize full lifecycle real-time tracking and information management of equipment diagrams,test points,testing personnel,testing tasks,and test data.Approaches of simulating small signals and handling high dynamic ranges are adopted to improve the precision of electrical characteristic acquisition.Digital filtering techniques are utilized to process raw signals to ensure that the test data can be accurately extracted.Deployed for trial use at Luoyang signal and communication depot,the system significantly reduces operators'workload,minimizes human interference,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of signal testing,providing an effective technical support and solution for intelligent management of signal testing operations.
