摘  要:针对GSM-R基站接收不到车载电台发送的测量报告,引起车载电台与RBC之间的通信链接异常中断,从而导致列车出现CTCS-3超时或降级的问题,通过对大量的电台运行日志数据进行统计分析,发现电台切换前获取的同步信息有误,但该同步信息却通过了奇偶校验,电台使用错误的同步信息去做小区切换,导致基站接收不到电台发送的测量报告。在研究电台同步原理和过程的基础上,对电台获取同步信息的流程进行优化,利用电台周期性获取同步信息这一重要特征,将多次获取的同步信息进行对比,去除错误信息,提出一种有效解决同步信息漏检的优化方案,减少列车超时降级的发生,有效提升铁路的运营效率。The GSM-R base station's failure of receiving the measurement report sent by a trainborne Mobile Terminal(MT)will cause abnormal interruption of the communication link between the MT and RBC,resulting in CTCS-3 timeout or degradation of the train.To solve the problem,statistical analysis is conducted on a large amount of MT operation log data.It is found that the synchronization information obtained before MT handover is incorrect but still passes parity check,and such incorrect information is used by the MT to perform cell handover,resulting in the base station's failure of receiving the measurement report sent by the MT.On the basis of studying the principle and process of synchronization,the process of obtaining synchronization information is optimized.By utilizing the important feature of periodic acquisition of synchronization information by the MT,the synchronization information obtained by multiple times is compared to remove erroneous synchronization information.An effective optimization scheme is proposed to solve the problem of missing detection of synchronization information,reduce the occurrence of train timeout degradation,and effectively improve the operational efficiency of railways.
