摘　　要：《铁路行车组织规则》明确要求转换行车控制权时,车站值班员和列车调度员需人工核对设备状态。目前双方主要通过电话进行设备状态核对,工作量较大,且存在易错核漏核的风险。为克服这些不足,在不改变CTC整体架构的前提下,提出一种仅修改软件逻辑的设备状态校核方案。建立一个完备的数据仓储,以保存CTC系统设备状态;优化助调台和车务终端的软件逻辑,实现CTC系统设备状态校核功能和助调操作主调确认的校核卡控功能。经现场应用验证,由CTC系统代替人工进行设备状态校核,可显著减轻操作人员的劳动强度和安全压力,进一步提升行车指挥效率,确保铁路行车安全。The Rules Governing Organization of Train Operation clearly specifies that station attendants and train dispatchers shall manually check equipment status when switching traffic operation control rights.Equipment status checking between two parties is currently by phone calling,which features heavy workloads and risks of mistaking and missing check.To overcome these shortcomings,a scheme is proposed for equipment status checking by only modifying the software logic instead of changing the overall architecture of CTC.A complete data warehouse is established to store various equipment status of the CTC system.The software logic of the auxiliary dispatching station and train control terminal is optimized to realize the equipment status checking function of the CTC system and the checking and control function with the assitant dispatcher's operation and the chief dispatcher's confirmation.By field application verification,the CTC system used to replace human in equipment status checking significantly reduces workload and safety pressure of operators,further improves the efficiency of train traffic control and ensures the safety of railway traffic.
