摘 要:产教融合赋能下高职院校注重校企联合办学,科学研判劳动力市场对技术技能型人才的需求。传媒设计作为新媒体时代重要人才培养专业,是数字经济时代形塑传媒的人才主要场所。产教融合背景下高职院校传媒设计专业需要服务区域内产业链,聚焦产业升级,对接产业链或产业集群等不同类型的组织形态。高职院校应设置科学合理的专业群,优化院校专业结构,赋能传媒设计专业群对接产业链,满足传统媒体转型升级对人才的需求,助力教育领域与经济领域协同发展。Under the background of integration of industry and education,higher vocational colleges pay attention to the joint running of schools and enterprises,and scientifically evaluate the demand for technical and skilled talents in the labor market.Media design,as an important major in the new media era,is the main place for shaping media talents in the digital economy era.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the media design major in higher vocational colleges needs to serve the industrial chain within the region,focus on industrial upgrading,and connect with different types of organizational forms such as industrial chain or industrial clusters.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should set up scientific and reasonable professional groups,optimize the professional structure of colleges and universities,enable the media design professional groups to connect with the industrial chain,meet the demand for talents in the transformation and upgrading of traditional media,and help the coordinated development of education and economic field.
