摘 要:现阶段,人工智能已成为出版机构向用户提供知识服务的重要驱动力量。将知识服务内容生产、呈现、传播等与人工智能进行深度融合已成为出版机构提升竞争力水平的题中之义。基于对出版机构人工智能应用现状及发展趋势的综合把握,可作出如下研判:在知识内容生产方面,创新趋势主要在于建立高准确率的内容核查机制、应用深化文本内容理解的编辑与校对技术;在知识内容呈现方面,创新趋势主要在于优化用户交互体验的智能语音与多模态内容生成;在知识内容传播方面,创新趋势主要在于使用高度智能和开放式算法的个性化推荐系统、实施智能化的版权监控。Artificial intelligence has become an important driving force for publishing institutions to provide knowledge services to users.Deep integration of knowledge service content production,presentation and dissemination with artificial intelligence(AI)has become a key issue for publishing institutions to enhance their competitiveness.Based on comprehensive understanding of current status and development trend of AI application in publishing institutions,the following conclusions can be made.In terms of knowledge content production,innovation trend mainly lies in content verification mechanism with high accuracy,and editing and proofreading technology to deepen text content understanding;in terms of knowledge content presentation,innovation trend mainly lies in intelligent speech and multimodal content generation to optimize user interaction experience;in terms of knowledge content dissemination,innovation trend mainly lies in personalized recommendation systems with highly intelligent and open algorithms and intelligent copyright monitoring.
