摘 要:采用优化工艺合成了高结晶度的ETS-10沸石,进一步通过湿法浸渍将系列过渡金属负载于ETS-10沸石上制得系列催化剂。考察了系列催化剂对甘油羰基化反应的催化性能。结果表明,Zn/ETS-10可催化该反应并高选择性地生成碳酸甘油酯。在优化的工艺条件和Zn/ETS-10催化作用下,甘油转化率可达34.55%,碳酸甘油酯的选择性高达56.34%。此外,Zn/ETS-10经过8次反应循环后仍保持较高的催化活性和显著的稳定性。In order to enhance the conversion of glycerol and improve the selectivity towards glycerol carbonate,a highly crystalline ETS-10 zeolite is successfully synthesized under the optimized process conditions,and subsequently,a series of catalysts are obtained through loading a series of transition metals on ETS-10 zeolite via wet impregnation method.The catalytic performance of these catalysts is evaluated on the carbonylation reaction of glycerol.It is revealed that Zn/ETS-10 exhibits notable selectivity towards glycerol carbonate from CO_(2)and glycerol.Under the optimal reaction conditions and the application of Zn/ETS-10 catalysis,the conversion rate of glycerol reaches 34.55%and the selectivity of glycerol carbonate achieves 56.34%.Additionally,Zn/ETS-10 maintains high catalytic activity and remarkable stability after it has experienced 8 cycles of reaction.
