摘  要:结合我国一新建高速铁路有砟轨道精捣维修实例,梳理了有砟高速铁路精捣作业流程及施工要求,收集了多个精捣作业阶段的轨道动态检测数据,提出了一种基于扩充样本量的Bayes Bootstrap方法,统计分析了新建高速铁路精捣作业各阶段轨道质量指数(Track Quality Index,TQI)、高低、轨向、水平、三角坑的均值及其置信水平为95%的置信区间上下限,并采用对数函数拟合了各阶段轨道平顺性数据均值和置信区间上下限的回归曲线。选取同一线路不同里程区间的实测数据进行了效果验证。结果表明:各作业阶段的实测TQI平均值均位于回归分析得到的TQI改善区间内,回归分析结果可以反映同一线路条件下精捣各阶段轨道平顺性改善趋势的一般状态;当TQI高于改善区间上限时,须提升精捣作业质量。Based on the example of fine tamping and maintenance of ballast tracks on a newly built high speed railway in China,the fine tamping operation process and construction requirements of ballast high speed railway were sorted out.Dynamic detection data of tracks at multiple fine tamping operation stages were collected,and a Bayes Bootstrap method based on expanded sample size was proposed to statistically analyze the Track Quality Index(TQI),the mean values,and the upper and lower limits of the 95%confidence interval for height,track direction,level,and triangle pit at each stage of fine tamping operation on the newly built high speed railway.Logarithmic functions were used to fit the regression curves of the mean and upper and lower limits of the confidence interval of track irregularities data at each stage.The effectiveness was verified by selecting measured data from different mileage intervals of the same route.The results indicate that the average measured TQI values at each stage of the operation are within the TQI improvement range obtained from regression analysis.The regression analysis results can reflect the general trend of track irregularities improvement in each stage of fine tamping under the same line conditions.When the TQI value is higher than the upper limit of the improvement interval,it is necessary to improve the quality of the fine tamping operation.
