摘 要:为掌握SA60-1800型钢轨伸缩调节器服役状态变化规律,以千米级公铁大桥铺设的SA60-1800型钢轨伸缩调节器为研究对象,基于监测内容空间尺寸关系,采用关联监测、关联补偿方式开展固定钢枕间距、梁缝、尖轨与基本轨相对位移等10项内容的监测,降低传感器布设数量,减少对设备管理单位日常检修影响。结果表明:固定钢枕随温度变化有规律性位移,导致固定钢枕间距(D值)与梁缝的差值规律性变化,D值随温度变化率略小于梁缝随温度变化率;固定钢枕两端间距随温度变化不完全同步;固定钢枕随温度变化存在规律性翻转。建议重点关注调节器固定钢枕、可动钢枕、基本轨、长短枕过渡处运行状态,在数据呈异常或不符合设计运行规律时应上道开展检修;定期进行引桥处长枕捣固作业,增加该处道床纵向阻力;定期针对引桥基本轨进行清洁和涂油,确保基本轨滑动正常。In order to understand the changes in the service status of the SA60-1800 steel rail telescopic adjuster,the SA60-1800 steel rail telescopic adjuster laid on a kilometer level highway railway bridge was taken as the research object.Based on the spatial size relationship of the monitoring content,10 monitoring contents including fixed steel sleeper spacing,beam gap,and relative displacement between the switch rail and the base rail were carried out and implemented using correlation monitoring and compensation methods,effectively reducing the number of sensors deployed and minimizing the impact on the daily maintenance of equipment management units.The results show that the fixed steel sleeper undergoes regular displacement with temperature changes,resulting in a regular change in the difference between the D value and the beam joint.The rate of D value changing with temperature is slightly lower than that of the beam joint changing with temperature.The distance between the two ends of the fixed steel sleeper is not completely synchronized with temperature changes.The fixed steel sleeper exhibits regular overturning with temperature changes.It is recommended to focus on the operation status of fixed steel sleepers,movable steel sleepers,basic rails,and transitions between long and short sleepers of the adjuster.When the data is abnormal or does not conform to the design operation rules,maintenance should be carried out on the track.The compaction operation of the long sleeper of the approach bridge should be regularly carried out to increase the longitudinal resistance of the ballast bed at that location.The basic rails of the approach bridge should be regularly cleaned and lubricated to ensure normal sliding of the basic rails.
