摘  要:以在建西昆高速铁路(西安—昆明)隧道为工程背景,针对初期支护喷射混凝土平整度不足和拱顶二次衬砌灌注不密实导致的衬砌施工质量问题,提出了初期支护七步喷射混凝土法和二次衬砌拱顶混凝土纵向连续灌注技术,并配套研发了铁路隧道衬砌质量监测和管理数字化信息系统。经缙云山隧道现场试验,采用七步喷射混凝土法可将初期支护喷射混凝土平整度控制在小于0.055,合格率达到95%,对初期支护平整度的控制效果明显;采用纵向连续灌注技术的216 m二次衬砌拱顶施工段中未发现衬砌质量缺陷,基本解决了拱顶衬砌脱空和不密实问题。铁路隧道衬砌质量监测和管理数字化信息系统的应用,使西昆铁路沿线隧道工程每公里二次衬砌脱空数量由该系统使用前的3.06处降至0.38处,每公里不密实数量由2.17处降至1.42处,提高了隧道二次衬砌施工质量和综合管控能力。Taking the Xi’an-Kunming high speed railway tunnel under construction as the engineering background,in order to address the quality problems of lining construction caused by insufficient flatness of initial support sprayed concrete and insufficient compaction of secondary lining pouring on the arch top,the seven step sprayed concrete method for initial support and the longitudinal continuous pouring technology of secondary lining arch top concrete were proposed,and a digital information system for monitoring and managing the quality of railway tunnel lining was developed.According to the on-site test of Jingyunshan Tunnel,the seven step sprayed concrete method can control the flatness of the initial support sprayed concrete at less than 0.055,with a pass rate of 95%.The control effect on the flatness of the initial support is significant.No lining quality defects were found in the 216 m secondary lining arch top construction section using longitudinal continuous grouting technology,which basically solved the problems of void and non compactness arch top lining.The application of a digital information system for monitoring and managing the quality of railway tunnel lining has reduced the number of secondary lining voids per kilometer in tunnel projects along the Xi’an-Kunming Railway from 3.06 before to 0.38,and the number of non compactness per kilometer from 2.17 to 1.42,improving the construction quality and comprehensive control capabilities of tunnel secondary lining.
