从脾、肝、肾“开阖枢”功能浅析儿童脑萎缩合并癫痫证治

摘　　要：儿童脑萎缩属于一类难治性疾病,症状复杂,常合并癫痫。目前,关于脑萎缩合并癫痫的治疗研究报道甚少。文章结合两病的发病机制,试从《黄帝内经》阴阳离合理论出发,以三阴“开阖枢”功能为切入点,涉及脾、肝、肾3脏,以髓海失充失养、清窍受邪蒙蔽为发病机制,探讨肾、脾、肝脏的功能及其在儿童脑萎缩合并癫痫疾病治疗中发挥的作用。三阴开阖枢机失调,则肝、脾、肾功能异常,临证治疗以温通为主,重视少阴枢机作用,枢调则开阖如常,病症得以缓解。Children’s cerebral atrophy belongs to a class of refractory diseases,symptoms are complex often combined with epilepsy,the current treatment literature on brain atrophy and epilepsy literature research is very small,this article combined with the pathogenesis of the two diseases try to start from the three yin theory of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,to the three yin“open and close pivot”function as the entry point,involving the spleen,kidney,liver three organs,to the sea of medullary loss of nourishment,clear of the brain blinded by the evil as the pathogenesis,to explore the role of the shaoyin kidney,the taiyin spleen,the jueyin liver three organs in the treatment of cerebral atrophy combined with epilepsy disease.San yin disorder,liver,spleen and kidney function abnormalities,clinical treatment to warm and obstruction-removing san yin mainly,pay attention to the role of shaoyin cardinal,pivot is open as usual,the disease can be alleviated.
