摘　　要：总结AFIS PRO2型单纤维测试仪日常维护保养重点。针对其在实际使用过程中出现的故障,介绍了AFIS PRO2型单纤维测试仪重点部位的维护保养,如分梳部件、Lint传感器、废棉箱部件、自动送样框等。对其易发生的测试中断、气流异常、喂棉皮带打滑等故障的产生原因等进行分析,并提出了解决方案。认为:加强AFIS PRO2型单纤维测试仪的日常维护有利于保障设备的使用稳定性和长期性。Key points of AFIS PRO2 single fiber tester daily maintenance were summarized.Aiming at the faults that occur during actual use,maintenance of key parts on AFIS PRO2 single fiber tester was introduced,such as carding part,Lint sensor,waste cotton box part,automatic sample delivery frame,etc..The causes of test interruption,abnormal air flow and slippage of cotton feeding belt were analyzed,and the solutions were put forward.It is considered that strengthening the daily maintenance of AFIS PRO2 single fiber tester is beneficial to ensure the stability and long-term performance of the equipment.
