摘　　要：数字经济作为推动黑龙江省产业链现代化的关键支撑,发挥了重要作用,在促进产业间协同、应对外部冲击、确保安全可控、融入全球高端价值链等方面具有重要意义。同时,数字经济也是推动黑龙江省现代化建设和构建新发展格局的关键着力点。然而,在数字经济推进黑龙江省产业链现代化的过程中,仍然存在着数字基础设施建设不足、数字经济总量和产业发展不足、人才短缺与结构性流失、数字政府建设与服务能力不足、区域发展不协调等问题。借鉴其他省份的经验,可以依托数字经济提升黑龙江省产业链现代化水平,特别是需要加强数字基础设施建设、推动产业数字化转型、建设智慧农业示范基地、打造东北亚跨境数字化合作中心、解决人才短缺和流失问题、加强数字政府建设与服务能力等。这些都是当前推动黑龙江省产业链现代化亟需解决的重点方向。As a key support for promoting the modernization of the industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province,the digital economy has played an important role and is of great significance in promoting inter-industry collaboration,responding to external shocks,ensuring safety and controllability,and integrating into the global high-end value chain.At the same time,the digital economy is also a key focus for promoting the modernization of Heilongjiang Province and building a new development pattern.However,in the process of promoting the modernization of the industrial chain in the province through the digital economy,there are still problems such as insufficient construction of digital infrastructure,insufficient total amount of the digital economy and industrial development,shortage and structural loss of talents,insufficient construction and service capabilities of the digital government,and uncoordinated regional development.Drawing on the experience of other provinces,it is possible to enhance the modernization level of the industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province relying on the digital economy.Particularly,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,promote the digital transformation of industries,build smart agricultural demonstration bases,create a cross-border digital cooperation center in Northeast Asia,solve the problems of talent shortage and loss,and strengthen the construction and service capabilities of the digital government.These are the key directions that need to be urgently strengthened for promoting the modernization of the industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province at present.
