摘　　要：经济服务化与服务数字化趋势成为拉动经济高质量发展的新动能,推动着数字服务贸易快速增长。通过对中国数字服务贸易发展现状进行总体与结构分析,以及利用熵值法构建的国际竞争力综合评价指数发现,中国综合国际竞争力国际排名不断提升,数字服务贸易综合国际竞争力逐年提高,正处于高速发展期,但总体上与美欧等数字服务贸易强国相比仍存在不小差距。在此基础上,以钻石模型为依据,选取了一系列可能影响中国数字服务贸易国际竞争力的因素,建立计量模型进行实证分析,并采用逐步回归法最终筛选出影响数字服务贸易国际竞争力的主要因素。研究发现:人力资本水平、信息化基础设施水平、实际利用外商投资额、全球化水平和政府政策等因素对数字服务国际竞争力的提升起到显著正向促进作用。The trends of economic servitization and digitalization are emerging as new drivers for high-quality economic development,leading to rapid growth in digital services trade.This study conducts an overall analysis of the current status and structural aspects of China's digital services trade development.Utilizing an entropy method-based Composite International Competitiveness Index,it reveals that China's comprehensive international competitiveness rankings are continuously improving,with digital services trade competitiveness steadily increasing year by year,indicating a period of rapid development.However,China still faces significant gaps compared to leading digital services trade nations like the United States and Europe.Building on this foundation,the Diamond Model is employed to identify factors potentially influencing China's international competitiveness in digital services trade.A econometric model is established for empirical analysis,employing stepwise regression to identify the primary factors affecting international competitiveness in digital services trade.The study finds that levels of human capital,information infrastructure,actual foreign investment utilization,globalization,and government policies significantly and positively promote the competitiveness of China's digital services internationally.
