摘　　要：人工智能技术的蓬勃发展,催生生产变革,推进新一轮经济学的创新发展,也对经济学拔尖人才培养提出了新要求。通过分析人工智能时代经济社会发展的人才诉求与经济学人才培养现状,为高校完善经济学人才培养体系,提出以下建议:构建环境驱动、师生互动、校企联动的“三维一体”架构,塑造“4并重+3融合+2突出”的教学体系,即复合思维、技术思维、科研能力与创新创业能力并重,课堂内外融合、校内外融合、产教融合的课程设计,突出跨学科综合能力培养和本硕博贯通培养,充分利用校内外资源和人工智能技术,形成跨学科、跨专业的创新育人机制,全面提升经济学拔尖人才的专业素养,打造经济学拔尖人才资源库。The vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology has given birth to production changes,promoted a new round of innovative development of economics,and also put forward new requirements for the cultivation of top-notch economics talents.Analyzing the talent demands of economic and social development in the era of artificial intelligence and the current situation of economics talent cultivation,the following suggestions are put forward for colleges and universities to improve the economics talent cultivation system.The colleges and universities should construct a"three-dimensional integration"framework of environment-driven,teacher-student interaction,and school-enterprise linkage,and shape a teaching system of"4 equal emphases+3 integrations+2 prominences",that is,equal emphasis on compound thinking,technical thinking,scientific research ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,curriculum design integrating inside and outside the classroom,inside and outside the school,and industry-education integration,highlighting the cultivation of interdisciplinary comprehensive ability and the continuous cultivation from undergraduate to master's and doctoral degrees.The schools should make full use of resources inside and outside the school and artificial intelligence technology to form an innovative education mechanism that crosses disciplines and majors,so as to comprehensively improve the professional quality of top-notch economics talents,and build a resource pool of top-notch economics talents.
