摘 要:研究了具有垂直磁各向异性人工反铁磁的磁反转,人工反铁磁的四种稳定磁态由层间磁矩的相互排列决定,并受层间交换相互作用和塞曼能的控制。测量了人工反铁磁不同磁场角度的磁滞回线,磁场从易轴方向变化到难轴方向,低场反铁磁耦合平台逐渐向高场倾斜,翻转场和饱和场增高。最后,采用一阶反转曲线分析方法,分析了外磁场角度变化对人工反铁磁中磁反转的影响。In this paper,we present a detailed study of the magnetic reversal in the artificial antiferromagnet(SAF)with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.The four stable magnetic states of the artificial antiferromagnet are determined by the mutual alignment of magnetic moments in the layers and are controlled by both the magnetic interlayer exchange interaction and the Zeeman energy.The hysteresis loops of artificial antiferromagnet with different magnetic field angles were measured.The magnetic field angle changed from the easy magnetization axis(EA)to the hard axis(HA),with the low field plateau progressively tilting to higher derivatives,the switching field increased,and the saturation field also increased.First order reversal curves(FORC)can be utilized to analyze the magnetic reversal behaviors of artificial antiferromagnet varying with external magnetic field angle.
