摘　　要：贸易强国建设是中国式现代化建设的重要内容。中国贸易强国建设要兼顾跨国投资、国际贸易以及储备资产的变化,结合国际收支进行优化调整,设计贸易强国建设的实施路径,逐步实现国际收支整体平衡、经常账户结构平衡以及贸易账户结构平衡。在建设贸易强国的策略上,要发挥超大规模市场与强大生产能力的优势,提升国际循环质量;加强自主创新与绿色低碳转型,塑造国际贸易新优势;加速数字产业化与产业数字化,打造国际贸易新形态;构建东西互济的双向开放新格局,拓展国际贸易新空间;推进高水平对外开放与国际经济秩序改革,营造国际贸易新环境。Developing a trader of quality is an integral part of Chinese modernization.To turn China into a trader of quality,it is essential to consider the changes in transnational investments,international trade,and reserve assets,combined with the optimization and adjustment of the balance of payments.A strategic implementation path for establishing a trader of quality should be designed to gradually achieve an overall balance of payments,a balanced current account structure,and a balanced trade account structure.In terms of strategies for turning China into a trader of quality,it is essential to leverage the advantages of a super-large market size and robust production capacity to enhance the quality of international circulation.By strengthening independent innovation and green,low-carbon transformation,new competitive edges in international trade can be crafted.Further acceleration of the digitalization of industries and the industrialization of digital technologies is crucial for shaping new paradigms in international trade.Building a new pattern of two-way opening up that delivers mutual benefit between the East and the West to expand new realms for international trade.Advancing high-standard opening-up and reform of the international economic order are imperative to foster a more favorable environment for international trade.
