摘　　要：建设人民满意的服务型政府是强化政府权威的重要实现路径,而既有研究缺乏对公众主观感知如何影响政府权威的探讨。本研究基于理性选择理论和信任理论,聚焦公众获得感与政府权威的关系,并将安全感、幸福感和政府信任三个因素纳入其中,构建了一个有调节的多重中介模型。通过对覆盖31个省(自治区、直辖市)的10320份有效数据进行分析,文章探讨了公众获得感影响政府权威的过程机制及边界条件,结果显示:在获得感对政府权威提升的正向影响中,安全感和幸福感发挥部分中介作用。同时,结果还验证了政府信任在其中的调节作用,即政府信任正向调节了“获得感→安全感→政府权威”的后半径,反向调节了“获得感→幸福感→政府权威”的后半径。因此,研究丰富了有关政府权威影响机制的认知,对优化政府治理路径、提升政民互动、增强政府信任具有启示意义。Constructing a service-oriented government that satisfies public needs is a critical path to strengthening government prestige.However,few previous studies have explored how the subjective perception of the public affects government prestige.Drawing on the rational choice theory and Sheppared’s trust theory,this study focuses on the relationship between people’s sense of gain and government prestige,incorporating the factors of sense of security,happiness,and government trust into a moderated mediation model.By analyzing 10,320 valid data samples covering 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities),the study explores the process mechanism and boundary conditions between people’s sense of gain and government prestige.The results indicate that a sense of security and happiness partially mediate the positive impact of the sense of gain on enhancing government prestige.Moreover,the study confirms the moderating effect of government trust in this mechanism.This study casts a new light on understanding the influence mechanism of government prestige from the public’s perspective,providing practical insights into optimizing governance and enhancing government-citizen interaction and trust relationships.
