摘 要:概述了烧结智能优化配矿及其研究现状,归纳了国内外炼铁工作者的研究工作,分析了现有的烧结智能配矿的方法和技术,对烧结智能优化配矿的进一步发展和完善进行了展望。指出以吨铁最小能耗和最低成本为优化目标,建立烧结-高炉一体化智能配矿将是烧结优化配矿的发展方向之一。应充分利用人工智能算法、机器学习结合烧结和高炉工艺的机理和本质,开发一体化配矿系统。The intelligent optimization of ore blending for sintering and its latest developments were summarized,the studies for ore blending by iron-making practitioners at home and abroad was summed up and then the existing methods and technologies for intelligent optimization of ore blending for sintering were analyzed.Based on analytical results,the further development and perfection of intelligent optimizing ore blending for sintering was prospected.Therefore it was pointed out that one of the development directions for optimization of sintering was to establish an integrated sintering-blast furnace intelligent ore blending system with the minimum energy consumption and cost per ton of iron.So the integrated ore blending system should be developed by making full use of artificial intelligence algorithm and machine learning combined with the mechanism and essence of sintering and blast furnace processes.
