摘 要:对印度高硅铁矿粉进行了理化性能的检测分析,根据鞍钢实际原料条件开展了印度高硅铁矿粉与鞍钢自产铁精矿的烧结杯配矿试验研究。实验结果表明,印度高硅铁矿粉矿配比对烧结矿转鼓强度和利用系数的影响较大,随着印度高硅铁矿粉矿配比的增加,烧结矿的成品率降低、燃耗增加,烧结矿[10,40)mm粒级占比降低、(0,5)mm粒级占比升高,烧结矿的低温还原粉化指标变差。综合考虑烧结生产各技术指标,印度高硅铁矿粉的的最佳配比为10%~20%。从提高低温还原粉化指标角度,印度高硅铁矿粉的的最佳配比10%左右为宜。The physical and chemical properties of Indian high-silicon iron ore powder were tested and analyzed.According to the actual conditions of raw materials used by Ansteel,the sintering cup ore blending testing of high-silicon iron ore powder imported from India and iron concentrate produced by Ansteel was carried out.The experimental testing results showed that the ratio of high-silicon iron ore powder produced by India had a great effect on the drum strength and utilization coefficient of sintered ore.With the increasing of the ratio of high-silicon iron ore powder,the yield of sintered ore decreased and the consumption of fuels increased,while the proportion of[10,40)mm particle sizes of sintered ore decreased,the proportion of(0,5)mm particle sizes increased and the low-temperature reduction pulverization index of sintered ore became worse.So taking all factors into consideration on all the technical indexes in terms of sintering production,the optimum proportion of Indian high-silicon iron ore powder was between 10%and 20%.And further from the point of view of improving the low-temperature reduction pulverization index,the optimum proportion of Indian high-silicon iron ore powder was about 10%.
