摘 要:针对高速线材包装长度不稳定的问题,应用六西格玛管理方法进行深入研究及剖析,找出影响高速线材包装长度的相关因子为打包压力、压装时间和慢压转速,通过试验设计与分析确定了上述相关因子最优解,实际应用后包装长度的过程能力指数Ppk达到1.49,过程能力充足,能够满足包装要求,解决了高速线材包装长度不稳定的问题。With regard to the problem on the instability in packaging length for high-speed wire rods,Six Sigma management method was applied to study and analyze the causes leading to the problem,and identified such factors as packing pressure,loading time and slow compression speed in terms of influencing the packaging length for high-speed wire rods.Based on experimental designing and analyzing,the optimal solutions for these related factors were determined.Following practical implementation,the process capability index(Ppk)for packaging length was 1.49,indicating sufficient process capability which could meet packaging requirements,and thereby the problem on instability in packaging length for high-speed wire rods was solved.
