摘 要:为了满足光伏制造行业领域对高强度、高耐蚀性材料的需求,马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司通过采用在低含量C-Mn成分体系下添加一定量的Nb、Ti微合金元素,并基于现有的卧式退火炉生产设备特点,配合各段退火炉区域的温度工艺控制,成功研发了光伏支架用550 MPa级热镀锌高强钢产品。该产品的力学性能满足客户技术条件要求,可批量应用于光伏支架上的结构承载件。In order to meet the requirements asked by photovoltaic manufacturing industry for high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials,Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.successfully developed the 550 MPa grade hot-dip galvanized high-strength steel products for photovoltaic supports depending on the composition system with low content of C and Mn by adding certain amount of microalloy elements such as Nb and Ti based on the characteristics of the existing production equipment of the horizontal annealing furnace,combined with the process control for temperatures at each section of the annealing furnace area.The application results of the steel products showed that the mechanical properties of the products met the technical requirements asked by customers and thus these products could be applied to the structural bearing parts installed on the photovoltaic supports in batches.
