摘 要:基于鞍钢股份有限公司热轧带钢厂2150ASP生产线轧制情况,对热轧宽带钢极薄板轧制失稳导致的顺折事故进行了分析。结果表明,临近年修末期,精轧机组的设备精度下降,厚度精度下降,F6机架的自动厚度控制液压缸动作幅度大且响应快,导致了顺折事故的发生。通过优化精轧自动厚度控制响应速度、动作限幅以及功能选用,有效解决了轧制失稳导致的顺折问题,顺折事故发生率由0.046%降低至0.011%。Based on the rolling condition of the 2150ASP production line in Hot Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the smooth folding accidents caused by rolling instability in hot rolling wide strip steels with extremely thin thickness were analyzed.The analytical results showed that,with the last stage of annual overhaul,the precision of the equipment to the finishing mill train and the thickness accuracy in terms of the finishing mill train decreased,and the movement range of the automatic thickness control hydraulic cylinder for its F6 rolling-mill housing was large with fast response,which led to the occurrence of some folding accidents.By optimizing the response speed,movement limitation and selection of functions for the automatic thickness control of finishing rolling,the problem in terms of forward folding accidents caused by rolling instability was effectively solved,and the incidence rates of forward folding accidents was reduced from 0.046%to 0.011%.
