摘　　要：煤矿综采工作面必须有足够照明和保证作业人员安全,对支架动作进行有效警示的要求,针对现有隔爆LED支架照明灯或本安型声光报警器功能单一的问题,设计了一种新型的矿用智能照明灯,具有RFID配置标签,采用ZigBee通信方式实现与支架控制连接,实现与液压支架状态、动作指令联动,及时有效地进行灯光报警。In response to the requirement of sufficient lighting and ensuring the safety of workers in the fully mechanized coal mining working face,effective warning of support movement was required.The existing explosion-proof LED support lighting or intrinsic safety sound and light alarm have a single function.A new type of intelligent mining lighting was designed,which has RFID configuration tags and uses ZigBee communication to connect with the support control,achieve linkage with the hydraulic support status and action instructions,and timely and effectively provide light alarms.
