摘 要:研究中采用小白菜盆栽实验,分析土壤改良剂与叶面喷硒(Se)对Cd污染土壤中小白菜吸收Cd的影响。研究结果表明:与未添加土壤改良剂的对照处理相比,猪粪和石灰配施可以提高土壤pH值和有机质含量,其中10.0g/kg猪粪和3.0 g/kg石灰配施提高土壤pH值最明显,10.0 g/kg猪粪和1.0 g/kg石灰配施增加土壤有机质含量效果最好,有机质含量增加6.28%;与未施加土壤改良剂处理相比,施加猪粪和石灰可以降低土壤有效Cd含量,其中10.0 g/kg猪粪和3.0 g/kg石灰配施对土壤有效Cd的降低效果最显著,使土壤有效Cd含量降低了35.95%;叶面喷施不同浓度Se肥都可以促进小白菜抗氧化酶活性,其中当Se肥质量浓度为5.0 mg/L时,抗氧化酶活性增加最明显。The potted experiment of Chinese cabbage was used to analyze the effects of soil amendment and selenium fertilizer(Se)spraying on Chinese cabbage's adsorption of cadmium(Cd)in Cd-contaminated soil.The results showed that Compared with the control treatment without soil amendment,the combined application of pig manure and lime could increase soil pH value and organic matter content,among which 10.0 g/kg pig manure and 3.0 g/kg lime combined application had the most significant increase in soil pH value.The combined application of 10.0 g/kg pig manure and 1.0 g/kg lime had the best effect on increasing soil organic matter content,and the organic matter content increased by 6.28%.Compared with the treatment without soil amendment,the application of pig manure and lime could reduce the soil available Cd content,in which the combination of 10.0 g/kg pig manure and 3.0 g/kg lime has the most significant effect on the reduction of soil available Cd content,which reduced the soil available Cd content by 35.95%.Leaf spraying with different concentrations of Se fertilizer could promote the antioxidant enzyme activity of Chinese cabbage,and the antioxidant enzyme activity was most significantly increased when the Se fertilizer concentration was 5.0 mg/L.
