摘 要:聚碳酸酯(PC)具备优异的综合性能,被广泛应用于建筑装饰制造领域。通过在PC中添加聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)方法来制备得到PC-xPMMA聚酯材料性能,通过实验测试研究PMMA添加量对聚碳酸酯材料光泽度和冲击性能影响。研究结果表明:当材料中的PMMA含量上升后,合金L值发生了先降低后上升之后又减小的情况,当PMMA的加入量达到40份以上时,PMMA易着色性占据主导地位。当PMMA添加量升高后,材料冲击强度发生了先升高后下降的情况,在PMMA的加入40份时取得最大值42.6 kJ/m^(2)。该研究有助于提高建筑装饰材料的高分子特性,为后续的化工精炼奠定一定的理论基础。Polycarbonate(PC)has excellent comprehensive properties and is widely used in the field of architectural decoration manufacturing.The properties of PC-XPMMA polyester material were prepared by adding polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)into PC.The effects of PMMA content on the gloss and impact properties of polycarbonate material were studied by experiment.The results show that when the content of PMMA in the material increases,the L value of the alloy decreases first,then increases,and then decreases.When the addition of PMMA reaches more than 40 parts,the coloration of PMMA dominates.When the amount of PMMA increased,the impact strength of the material first increased and then decreased,and the maximum value was 42.6 kJ/m^(2) when 40 parts of PMMA were added.This research is helpful to improve the polymer properties of building decoration materials and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chemical refining.
