摘  要:基于GB/T 213—2008《煤的发热量测定方法》,选取4种不同灰分区间的煤矸石,使用小氧弹量热仪,在25℃等温条件下,对不同助燃条件、不同称样质量、不同充氧时间以及是否为研磨的样品等条件下的煤矸石进行发热量测定。通过对比试验,验证了减少煤矸石测定发热量误差的方法。通过测定煤矸石的发热量,实现对煤矸石余热价值的合理利用。Based on GB/T 213-2008 Determination of Coal Calorific Value,four different ash content ranges of coal gangue were selected.A small oxygen bomb calorimeter was used to measure the calorific value of coal gangue under different combustion conditions,different sample weights,different oxygenation times,and whether it was a ground sample under isothermal conditions at 25℃.Through comparative experiments,the method of reducing the error in determining the calorific value of coal gangue has been verified.By measuring the calorific value of coal gangue,the rational utilization of its waste heat value can be achieved.
