海水中硝酸盐氮两种标准方法的比对分析

摘  要:实验从生态环境监测角度出发,依据现有条件,采用分光光度法与连续流动比色法对海水中硝酸盐氮进行检测,对两种方法的精密度、准确度进行比对分析,并对实际海水样品的测定结果进行显著性检验分析。结果显示,两种方法测定海水中的硝酸盐氮均无显著性差异,均可作为测定海水中硝酸盐氮的测定方法。Starting from the perspective of ecological environment monitoring and based on existing conditions,the experiment uses spectrophotometry and continuous flow colorimetric method to detect nitrate nitrogen in seawater.The precision and accuracy of the two methods are compared and analyzed,and the significance test and analysis of the actual seawater sample measurement results are conducted.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the determination of nitrate nitrogen in seawater between the two methods,and both can be used as methods for determining nitrate nitrogen in seawater.
