摘 要:通过自动消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法和水浴加热-原子荧光光度法对土壤和沉积物中的锑含量进行对比分析。讨论了不同方法测定的精密度和检出限,同时进行了实际样品的测定。结果显示,有证标准样品在要求范围内,检出限低,加标回收率高,能够用于常规监测。为土壤和沉积物中其他元素测定提供了参考。The antimony content in the soil and sediment were analyzed comparatively by automatic digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)methods and water bath digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)method.The precision and detection limit of different methods were discussed,and the actual samples were determined.The results showed that the certified reference materials were in the required range,with a low detection limit and a high recovery rate.Both methods can meet the needs of daily detection.It provides a reference for the determination of other elements in soil and sediment.
