摘 要:深部煤层气的勘探开发日益成为国内非常规天然气科研工作者及相关企业的关注重点。深部煤层普遍具有煤质较碎、埋藏深、孔隙度低、渗透率低、成熟度较高的特点,排采时频繁吐粉导致卡泵、断杆等故障停机。笔者基于武乡南研究区煤储层地质特征及排采中存在的问题,通过长期研究螺杆泵设备配套人工回注水实施排采的方法,取得了可行的实用效果。配套使用人工回注水设施具有以下优势:维持排采设备连续稳定运行;运行成本低;操作简便;恢复运行时效快,气量基本不受影响。配套使用人工回注水设施为武乡南研究区煤层气稳定连续生产运行提供了一中较为合适的解决方案,值得在深部煤层气排采设备中广泛推广应用。The exploration and development of deep coalbed methane has increasingly become a focus of attention for domestic unconventional natural gas researchers and related enterprises.Deep coal seams generally have the characteristics of fragmented coal quality,deep burial,low porosity,low permeability,and high maturity.Frequent powder discharge during mining can cause pump jamming,rod breakage,and other malfunctions and shutdowns.Based on the geological characteristics of coal reservoirs in the Wuxiang South research area and the problems existing in drainage,the author has achieved feasible practical results through long-term research on the method of implementing drainage with screw pump equipment and manual reinjection water.The use of artificial reinjection water facilities has the following advantages:maintaining continuous and stable operation of drainage and production equipment.Low operating costs.Easy to operate.The recovery time is fast,and the gas volume is basically not affected.The use of artificial reinjection water facilities provides a relatively suitable solution for the stable and continuous production and operation of coalbed methane in the Southern Wuxiang research area,which is worth widely promoting and applying in deep coalbed methane extraction equipment.
