摘 要:为实现30505综采工作面回风巷高效安全留巷,针对回风巷顶板坚硬、采面矿压显现明显以及开采煤层瓦斯含量高、具有自燃发火倾向等问题,提出将高水充填留巷技术应用到30505回风巷留巷中,并通过切顶卸压方式为留巷段创造相对良好应力环境。对切顶卸压技术及高水充填留巷技术布置方案进行详细分析,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,30505回风巷留巷段围岩变形量及漏风量风均较小,取得较好留巷效果。In order to achieve efficient and safe retention of the return airway in the 30505 fully mechanized mining face,and to address the problems of hard roof of the return airway,obvious mining face pressure,high gas content in the mined coal seam,and tendency for spontaneous combustion,it is proposed to apply high water filling retention technology to the 30505 return airway retention,and create a relatively good stress environment for the retention section through top cutting and pressure relief.Detailed analysis and engineering application of the layout plan for top cutting and pressure relief technology,as well as high water filling and roadway retention technology were conducted.After on-site application,the deformation and air leakage of the surrounding rock in the retained section of the 30505 return airway were relatively small,achieving good retention effect.
