摘 要:为解决煤矿生产中掘进效率与开采效率不相匹配影响生产效率的问题,在对当前煤巷掘进工艺现状分析的基础上,提出从掘进路径和空顶距两方面对掘进工艺进行优化的研究思路;然后,分别通过数值模拟软件对不同掘进路径和空顶距对应的工作面围岩的垂直应力和变形等情况进行对比,最终得出适用于快速掘进对应的蛇形路径和4 m的空顶距。In order to solve the problem of mismatched excavation efficiency and mining efficiency affecting production efficiency in coal mine production,based on the analysis of the current status of coal roadway excavation technology,a research idea is proposed to optimize the excavation technology from two aspects:excavation path and empty top distance.Then,numerical simulation software was used to compare the vertical stress and deformation of the surrounding rock of the working face corresponding to different excavation paths and empty top distances,and finally the snake shaped path and 4 m empty top distance suitable for rapid excavation were obtained.
