摘 要:研究通过络合萃取及吸附工艺对含酚废水进行处理,探究含酚废水处理的最优条件。通过络合萃取对高浓度含酚废水进行处理,萃取剂和稀释剂分别为磷酸三丁酯和正辛醇后对木屑进行改性处理,制备木屑纤维素,并以此作为吸附剂进行苯酚吸附实验。实验显示优化废水处理工艺后,废水在不同初始苯酚浓度下去除率优异,处理含酚废水后,总去除率接近100%,且保有较高的苯酚回收率,实现了高效净化和资源利用,为含酚废水高效处理提供了有效途径。This study investigates the treatment of phenol containing wastewater through complexation extraction and adsorption processes,and explores the optimal conditions for treating phenol containing wastewater.The high concentration phenol containing wastewater was treated by chelating extraction,with tributyl phosphate and n-octanol as extractants and diluents respectively.The wood chips were modified to prepare wood chip cellulose,which was used as an adsorbent for phenol adsorption experiments.Experiments have shown that after optimizing the wastewater treatment process,the removal rate of wastewater is excellent at different initial phenol concentrations.After treating phenol containing wastewater,the total removal rate is close to 100%,and a high phenol recovery rate is maintained,achieving efficient purification and resource utilization,providing an effective way for efficient treatment of phenol containing wastewater.
