摘 要:随着养殖规模的不断扩大,生猪的能量需求和蛋白需求都在不断增加,而饲料资源不足成为了限制生猪生长的重要因素。研究表明,微生物发酵饲料具有提高生猪的生长性能、增强免疫力、降低腹泻率和改善生猪肉品质等积极作用。在实际应用中,由于微生物发酵饲料工艺不同,发酵菌种种类繁多,不同种类之间的饲喂效果参差不齐,因此要根据不同情况来选择合适的发酵饲料资源和与之对应的发酵工艺。本文对微生物发酵饲料及其在生猪养殖中的应用进行介绍和总结,旨在为微生物发酵饲料的推广应用及生猪养殖产业的健康发展提供指导。With the continuous expansion of farming scale,the energy demand and protein demand of pigs are increasing,and insufficient feed resources have become an important factor limiting the growth of pigs.Studies have shown that microbial fermented feed has positive effects on improving the growth performance,enhancing immunity,reducing diarrhea rate of pigs and improving the quality of pork.In practical application,due to the different microbial fermented feed technology,the variety of fermentation bacteria,and the differential feeding effect between different fermentation bacteria,it is necessary to choose the appropriate fermented feed resources and the corresponding fermentation processes according to different situations.This review introduced and summarized the research progress of microbial fermented feed and its application in pig breeding,which aiming to provide guidance for the promotion and application of microbial fermented feed and the healthy development of pig breeding industry.
