摘　　要：水飞蓟素(Silymarin)是从紫花水飞蓟(Silybum marianum L.)的果实中分离出的黄酮类复合物,具有保肝护胆、抗氧化、调节免疫等多种生物学功能,在哺乳动物养殖中得到了广泛应用,在家禽养殖中表现出良好的应用前景。本文主要综述了水飞蓟素对家禽肠道物理屏障、化学屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障的影响,初步分析了水飞蓟素对家禽肠道屏障功能潜在的分子调控机制,以期为水飞蓟素在家禽养殖中的应用提供理论依据。Silymarin is a mixture of flavonoid compounds extracted from the seeds and fruit of Silybum marianum(L.)and has many biological functions,such as protection of the liver and bile,antioxidant,and immunity regulation,and has been widely used in animal husbandry,showing a good application prospect in poultry production.This review is focused on the effects of silymarin on the intestinal physical,chemical,microbiological,and immunological barriers,preliminarily analyzed the potential molecular regulation mechanism of silymarin on the intestinal barrier function of poultry,and provide theoretical basis for the application of silymarin in the poultry industry.
