摘　　要：通过查阅国内外整脊疗法治疗肛肠疾病相关临床研究文献,总结归纳整脊疗法在治疗肛肠疾病方面的临床研究进展,为临床提供决策依据,同时也为进一步研究指明方向。研究发现中国传统整脊疗法在肛肠疾病上主要应用于便秘、肠易激综合征、功能性消化不良等,国外主要应用于便秘和尿失禁,临床疗效令人满意,但缺少大样本、多中心的临床研究,对其作用机制方面仍有待探究,后续随访存在空白。参考文献34篇。By referring to the domestic and foreign clinical research literature on the treatment of anorectal diseases with chiropractic therapy,this paper summarizes the clinical research progress on the treatment of anorectal diseases with chiropractic therapy,which provides the basis for clinical decision-making and points out the direction for further research.Studies have found that traditional Chinese chiropractic therapy is mainly applied to anorectal diseases such as constipation,irritable bowel syndrome,functional dyspepsia,etc.in China,while it is mainly applied to constipation and urinary incontinence in foreign countries,and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.However,there is a lack of large sample and multi-center clinical studies on its mechanism of action,and there is still a gap in follow-up.There are 34 references in total.
