摘 要:目的分析大尺寸钢筋混凝土异形板梁桥的开裂机理,通过改变支座约束方式来提高异形板梁桥的抗裂性能,降低大尺寸钢筋混凝土异形板最大裂缝宽度。方法模型分析中施加自重、收缩徐变和车道荷载,分析上述荷载下异形板梁桥的变形、支座反力、结构应力和受拉损伤分布等特征;同时引入最大裂缝宽度计算公式,对异形板的开裂特征进行分析。结果上述荷载作用下,异形板斜向布置的支座之间的挠度较大,支座未出现超载或脱空。此外,异形板底面应力水平比顶面更高;混凝土受拉损伤分布与支座布置形式有紧密关系。结论通过对支座约束方式进行合理的调整,可以有效优化异形板梁桥的抗裂性能,最大裂缝宽度减小幅度为32.8%。The work aims to analyze the cracking mechanism of large-size reinforced concrete special-shaped plate girder bridge,improve the crack resistance of special-shaped plate girder bridge by changing the bearing constraint method,and reduce the maximum crack width of large-size reinforced concrete special-shaped plate.In the model analysis,self-weight,shrinkage and creep,and lane loads were applied to analyze the deformation,bearing reaction,structural stress,and tensile damage distribution of the special-shaped plate girder bridge under the above loads.At the same time,the calculation formula of the maximum crack width is introduced to analyze the cracking characteristics of the special-shaped plate.Under the above load,the deflection between the supports arranged obliquely by the special-shaped plate was large,and the support did not overload or disengage.In addition,the stress level of the bottom surface of the special-shaped plate is higher than that of the top surface;the distribution of concrete tensile damage is closely related to the arrangement of bearings.The crack resistance of the special-shaped plate girder bridge can be effectively optimized by reasonable adjustment of the bearing restraint mode,and the maximum crack width is reduced by 32.8%.
