摘　　要：2011年潍坊市水利局自开展山洪灾害防治项目建设以来,坚持“以防为主,防治结合”的原则,连续10多年构建起潍坊市西南部山丘区5个县、市的山洪灾害监测预警预报体系。通过调查评价,监测设施设备、预警设施设备、监测预警平台提标升级,群测群防体系建设,实现了山洪灾害“零死亡”的目标。Since 2011,it carried out the construction of mountain flood disaster prevention project in Weifang by Water Resources Bureau of Weifang Municipality,adhering to the principle of"prevention first,prevention and improvement combined",the mountain flood disaster monitoring,early warning and forecasting system has been built for more than 10 years in the southwest 5 counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Weifang.Through investigation and evaluation to the facilities and equipment of monitoring,early warning,system upgrading,and group test and mass prevention system construction,the goal of"zero death"from floods was achieved.
