摘 要:本文按照水利部印发的《数字孪生水利工程建设技术导则(试行)的通知》和山东省水利厅印发的《山东省水利工程标准化数字管理系统(试行)》的工作要求,结合双堠水库工程特点,以充分发挥水利设施工程效益及提高水库信息化管理水平为目标,在大数据、移动互联等新一代信息技术的支撑下,采用全面感知、识别、模拟和预测技术,实现水库工程智慧化管理。Based on the requirements of"Notice on Technical Guidelines for Digital Twin Water Resources Project Construction(Trial)"issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,and"Shandong Province Water Resources Project Standardization Digital Management System(Trial)"issued by the Water Resources Department of Shandong Province,combining with the characteristics of Shuanghou reservoir,this paper aims to give full play to the benefits of water facilities engineering and improve the reservoir information management.Under the support of the new generation of information technology such as big data and mobile Internet,the intelligent management of reservoir projects is realized by using comprehensive sensing,identification,simulation and prediction technologies.
